Until 2018, the International Ceramics Studio also had a permanent exhibition space in Budapest - in the Museion no 1 Gallery at the end of Üllői út - which provided an important connection to the capital. Since then, the focus on our growing collection has become less, so this exhibition presents a selection of works from the last seven years.
This varied exhibition presents a selection of figurative and non-figurative sculptures. Individual solutions, unconventional use of materials, unique surfaces, hand-built, cast and plaster-pressed works. Breath-thin porcelains, block-like earthenwares, insoluble objects, human figures reflecting different emotions, unique structures, moving ceramic objects, animal figures will fill the exhibition space, creating a special atmosphere for the visitors.
